Analise Sherlock

Analise Sherlock lives in Lilydale with her partner, and like many people across the outer eastern suburbs, they saved hard for years to buy their first home. 

Analise grew up in a working family - her dad an electrician, her mum a safety adviser - who taught her the value of hard work and backing herself. 

Her first job was on the shop floor in retail, earning just $7 an hour. She knows what it is like to earn every dollar and keep a close eye on every bill. Like many other families in the community, Analise understands the pressures facing young families and working people.

Analise has built her career standing up for people. She worked for the nurses' federation, helping nurses understand their rights and fighting for them when it mattered most. She also worked on a public transport project, helping resolve issues for communities living alongside major infrastructure works. 

Analise will listen to the community, work hard, and never take the community for granted.
